The Benefits of Integrated Marketing
When it comes to creating multi-channel marketing efforts, companies certainly need to have the right technology and tools. For example, they need a solution for doing things such as
- Creating personalized URLs
- Sending emails
- Sending and managing SMS/Text-messages
- Building landing pages
- Entering leads from a Business Reply Card, a trade show, or another event
- And more…
To do that, some companies do by separate point solutions for each channel that they are trying to use. However, this approach often leads to headaches and trouble when it’s time to train employees, compile reports, maintain branding and consistency, and export & import data.
In this video, interlinkONE’s CEO John Foley, Jr. discusses the benefits that companies can receive by taking an integrated marketing approach to their activities. We hope that you enjoy John’s tips!

A Social Media Animal?
Well, this quote may follow me around for a long time. WhatTheyThink’s Cary Sherburne said to me in this video, “You are an animal on social media!”
The bottom line is this – I absolutely see the benefits that print, mail, and fulfillment service providers can receive by using social media in their marketing efforts. And if you’re trying to position yourself as a marketing services provider, you absolutely must have a presence on social networks!
Here is the latest video in the Grow Socially Educational Series on WhatTheyThink.com. I hope that you enjoy it.
[Video] The Benefits of Integrated Marketing
Our CEO John Foley, Jr. recently had the chance to speak about one of our company’s favorite subjects – integrated marketing.
If you have a free moment, please take a minute to watch the video interview between John and Cary Sherburne on What They Think.
Throughout the video, John and Cary provide an overview of the benefits that companies receive by taking an integrated marketing approach, as opposed to using separate point solutions for various channels. They discuss how some printers have taken this approach as they’ve started to invest in offering web-to-print, personalized URLs, QR Codes, email marketing, and more. Some of the benefits of an integrated marketing approach include:
- Savings in time and money for the reporting aspect of a marketing campaign
- Ability to automate efforts throughout the process
- More flexibility and options as new channels emerge
- Streamlined operations for systems integration and employee training
I’d like to thank John and Cary for taking the time to record this video, and I’d like to thank WhatTheyThink.com for publishing it!
