Customer Service Tip: Easily Customize Lists

in While setting up a marketing campaign in our solution, one common task that you may need to do involves uploading a data list of contacts. It might be for sending an email, creating personalized URLs or QR Codes, or perhaps to track calls made by reps.
After importing the list, you often need an easy way to retrieve the records that were uploaded. By default, our solution adds those people to a list. It currently gives the list a name that uses the date and time of the upload.
However, if you prefer, you have the ability to easily define the List Name during the import process.
While on the Review Data Mapping page, simply click the “Advanced Options Link”. There, you will see a List Name field, which will be pre-populated with our system’s default List Name.
Simply enter the name that you’d like to call the list, and hit Submit.
Easily retrieve a list of the contacts that you upload through Data Import
Once the import process has completed, you’ll be able to access the list of records from Contact Management via the List Name that you’ve specified.
