Pick Tickets and Packing Slips

Marketing. Web-to-Print. Warehouse Management.

The Warehouse module of the ilinkONE Version 8 software allows to process open orders. Along with deducting the appropriate inventory in the database, the system can produce documents that make it easy for your warehouse personnel to get the inventory packaged and shipped out the door.

Here are a few of the documents that our system produces:

Master Pick

Clients often will process multiple orders at the same time. Some of those orders will be for identical products. Thus, the Master Pick document will group together common products and total the quantity needed for that item to satisfy all the orders. This eliminates back-tracking, and greatly reduces the time people spend going to the shelves to get products.

Pick Ticket

The Pick Ticket creates a unique page (or pages) for each order. It can be used as a packing slip.  Here are a few key components that you will find on a typical Pick Ticket:

  • Logo
  • Information on who placed the order
  • Information on where the order is being shipped
  • Date and Time of Order
  • Date and Time Order was Picked
  • Products and Quantities Ordered

Kit Instructions

If the orders picked include build-on-demand kits, our software solution automatically produces a document that lists the instructions for each kit that needs to be built. This may include:

  • Products in the Kit
  • Quantity per Kit
  • Instructions and Placement
  • Sort Order

These are just a few of the documents that interlinkONE software solution can prevent for warehouse personnel that need to pick and process orders.   You also can take advantage of custom packing slips, complementary product relationships, and more.
