Execute
Once we had identified our target audience, the channels, medias, and response types were selected.
The mailers were sent out, the recipients started to respond, and “congratulations” emails were sent out to the first 25 respondents.
Measure
As respondents hit their personalized URLs, our sales team was notified via instantly email. Also, management could check our real-time dashboards to view the overall success of the campaign.
Revise
Our Bamboo/Get Growing Campaign exceeded our initial expectations. Thus, we have expanded the target audience for this campaign, and have even developed the bamboo theme for other channels and medias.
There is now a full-colored page advertisement for MFSA’s Postscripts magazine. The magazine ad provides a URL to a landing page.
We are also sending out a 2nd direct mailer to the non-respondents from the IPMA and MFSA lists.
