The interlinkONE marketing software solution allows you to easily set up real-time notifications as soon as someone views or responds to a landing page.
The notifications primarily are sent out via e-mail. Thus, a sales rep can be notified whether they are in the office, or on the road and checking their phone.
There are a number of options for setting up the automated notifications.
When are the notifications sent?
- Landing Page Hit: As soon as someone types in their personalized URL, or clicks a link from an email blast, the system can send a notification email. It will let you know who hit the page, and which page they hit. (It can also tell you their IP address and which type of browser they are using)
- Response Submission: When a person fills out a survey, the system will send an e-mail as soon as the person hits Submit. The e-mail will list the key details of the contact (name, company, email, phone), which campaign they responded to, and how they answered the questions. There is also a link that allows you to quickly get into our CRM system, and follow-up with the lead.
Who are the notifications sent to?
- Assigned Sales Rep: If you have assigned each contact to a sales rep ahead of time, the system can send an email to the appropriate rep, once someone responds
- Distribution by Ranking: Our system allows you to “weight” each of the questions and answers. Thus, if someone appears to be a hot lead based on how they responded, a notification will be sent to a certain sales rep.
- Distribution by Location: The system allows you to enter specific zip codes or countries, and assign a rep to each location. Those reps will be notified when someone responds from that area.
- CC and BCC: You have the ability to CC or BCC someone on all notification emails that are generated from the system.
