Landing Pages: Create and Manage

Marketing. Web-to-Print. Warehouse Management.

The interlinkONE marketing software allows you to easily set up Landing Pages for your marketing efforts.

Landing Pages can help you accomplish the following items – you can link to them from any of your medias. Perhaps a direct mail piece, an email, a TV ad, a banner ad, etc.

The landing page can display your branding, but only the message that applies to the marketing piece that was delivered to the person. For example, you could send them directly to your corporate homepage, but then you run the risk of overwhelming them with information.

A landing page allows you to deliver targeted messages to each recipient.

Once you are ready to start building, our solution provides you with many different options:

thelayoutThe Layout:

  • We provide a great variety of templates that you can choose from. They all differ in layout. Once you choose a template, you can run through easy-to-use wizard to customize each element on the page. Upload your own text, images, videos, and more… then drag-and-drop them onto the page.
  • If you prefer, you can upload your own HTML. You can also upload your own stylesheets, javascript files, and more. This provides you with complete control over your landing pages.
  • Number of Pages – by default, you can choose from a 3-page layout or a 2-page layout. However, our system also allows you to extend that for as far as you need to go. This typically comes in handy when you are launching a Micro-Site. Some interlinkONE customers have produced “landing pages” that included 10-15 different pages!

thecontentThe Content:

  • Text: it goes without saying, but you have full-control over the text that will appear on the landing page. With our in-line editor, you have easy access to all of the “text-customization” tools that you may be used to using in other software applications. This includes formatting, colors, positioning, and more.
  • Images: our system allows you to upload new images directly from your computer, or another server. Once they are uploaded, you can use them for any other landing pages that you may create. (For example, you can browse for images from the current landing page’s asset library, or from your entire folder of assets)
  • Videos – you can upload videos, which can then be played directly on your landing pages. Also, if the video exists somewhere else (perhaps YouTube?), you can use our built-in tools to embed the video on your page.

personalMake it Personal:

When it comes to delivering one-to-one marketing, this is where you will see the true power of our unified marketing communications engine really benefit you.

  • If you have data about a contact, then you can use that data to personalize an element on the page. It could simply be text – i.e. we look forward to helping [CompanyNameHere] grow. It may be an image [if the person is from Massachusetts, display their State seal image here].
  • Based on what you’ve answered… perhaps your landing page is serving as an RSVP form for an Open House. Well, you can display different text on the Thank You page, based on how the person responded. If they answered “yes”, you prevent a “looking forward to seeing you message” and a link to the directions. If they answered “no”, you provide a thank you message, with a link to more information from your website.
  • Do you feel cozy? Yes, with personalization, you can help make a person feel comfortable when they come to your page. How so? Well, perhaps you know who their sales rep is… Well, when that person hits the page, you can display a picture of that sales rep. Or you could have a video of that sales rep delivering a greeting?     Or perhaps you know something about their ordering history… If so, you can display a message that thanks them for the most recent product that they’ve ordered.

These are just a few of the powerful things that you can do when creating and managing landing pages in the interlinkONE marketing software solution.
