Data access issues are a huge barrier to many businesses communicating effectively. Lots of redundant work often doesn&#039;t get coordinated well enough, often resulting in confusing communications that deliver conflicting messages (at the worst) or mild confusion (the best case) in the mind of the customer.</description>
