One of our customers recently launched a campaign promote upcoming seminars.

As you might imagine, there were many channels used to promote the seminar – direct mail, email, banner ads, print ads, and more.  Also, people had the ability to register online.

Personalized URLs, Landing Pages and Micro-Sites are often used for lead-generation campaigns.

However, here is a great example where our software was used to launch a landing page for event registration.

The seminars were running on multiple days. Thus, people had the ability to select which one they preferred. However, the system was doing a bit more than collecting registrations – each day’s event had a limited number of seats. Each time a person registered for that day, the “# of Seats Left” was automatically updated.

So, in real-time, visitors could see which days were close to selling out, and then choose accordingly. Once a day had reached its maximum # of seats, visitors to the site could no longer select that option.

Below is a screenshot from the registration page:

We hope that this example helps inspire you to think of new ways that you can use our marketing software.
